The Clocktower Business Center is operated by the Clocktower Development Corporation. Their offices are in suite 105, across from the 1st floor elevators.
The Clocktower Development Corporation is a local family owned and operated business headed by Ed Schatz, President and CEO, and is the managing arm for 330 Scangas Nominee Trust, the property owner.
The property manager is Meghan Carchide and she can be reached at 781-599-3762. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm.
History
The Clocktower Business Center, building A, was built in 1925 by the Champion Lamp Works. The building has an art deco style and designed by the same architect that designed the iconic Schrafft's Center in Charlestown, Massachusetts.
The building was used to manufacture various incandescent light bulbs for several decades. Over the years, the complex expanded to four buildings.
In 1995, the complex was purchased by 330 Scangas Nominee Trust. Building A was stripped down to its foundation and completely renovated and rebuilt into the office complex that exists now.
